NHS Service Improvement Day (SID) Awards - Innovation Health and Social Care
The NHS celebrates projects that represent innovation and forward thinking in the delivery of local health and social care services with its annual Service Improvement Day Awards.

www.readytoloseweight.co.uk is an online weight management programme designed to tackle significant health and social problems arising from a high prevalence of obesity amongst Hull residents. Launched on 1 January 2010, more than 1000 people registered onto the programme in the first six weeks of operation collectively shedding 135 stones in weight.
