StyleTech Creates Essential Tool For Humber Business Week

Last year StyleTech Solutions were delighted to develop Humber Business Week’s first dedicated mobile App and this year it has been updated to further improve the functionality. Humber Business Week (Biz Week) showcases the wealth of talent, entrepreneurship, vision and future potential of the Humber region through a diverse programme of events which both inspire and educate.

The Business Week App includes details of all events, contact details and how to book places, as well as alerts, updates and news links from events throughout the week. It also contains a series of competitions and prizes, supported and sponsored by a wide variety of businesses in the region. Winners of the competition prizes will be notified via push notification sent directly to their mobile device.

In addition, the App is updated without the user knowing or needing to do anything, this ensures the information it holds is always up-to-date and relevant with no delays. The fast running app takes up very little memory on the user’s device and does not need to connect to the internet, meaning it can be used with ease anywhere.

The feedback from delegates showed they were impressed with the app describing it as marvellous and very easy to check out the itinerary of events. The team at Humber Business Week expressed their thanks to StyleTech for developing the Biz Week app and the fantastic support we provided.

This year for the first time Business Week will not be printing out brochures, saving them time and resources, as they believe digital platforms, including the App, will be better suited.
