Our Client is a privately owned company which has a catalogue of several hundred thousand products which it sells and distributes for their vast pool of suppliers to a national and international customer base.
StyleTech’s client were looking for a bespoke web-based system which would empower their many suppliers to administer and manage their own online product ranges quickly and efficiently, ensuring all product data was up-to-date at all times.

What we delivered
StyleTech designed and developed a bespoke Extranet application which was simple and easy for our client’s suppliers to administer, providing them the opportunity to validate their product information at any time and amending product data whilst keeping an audit trail.
The system ensured all updated supplier information data went through an approval process before final online submission was enabled, ensuring our client was able to promote efficient, consistent supplier collaboration and management.
Our client has enjoyed many benefits since integration of the bespoke Extranet system. Suppliers have welcomed the solution as they can be confident that all product information is reliable and accurate at all times.
Communication and satisfaction levels have been improved as the infrastructure has standardised all product information, streamlining administration processes and improving performance levels.
