We'll Always Have Paris...

When we were invited to Paris to take part in Xamarin expert training with Microsoft we jumped at the opportunity. Not only was this a great chance to further improve our skills with Microsoft technologies, but we also enjoyed wandering the streets of Paris and brushing up on our French. Between training sessions, we took the time to explore the metro system and take in sites like the Eiffel Town, Arc de Triomphe, and the Louvre.

The training expanded our skills with sessions in Xamarin.Forms, DevOps and testing alongside insightful Q&A sessions hosted by the Global Microsoft Customer Advisory Team. General good practices were discussed considering third-party library’s, dependencies, process automation and continuous integration. We came back home inspired and excited to share what we had learnt with the rest of the StyleTech team. The skills and techniques we developed will be implemented into our own bespoke software solutions.

At StyleTech we place huge value in training and skills development and understand the importance of continuing to improve and learn as much as possible. Training is vital, not only for the development of cutting-edge software but also for our own individual sense of achievement. We would like to thank Microsoft for offering us the opportunity to take part in this excellent Xamarin training, we had a wonderful time in Paris and look forward to the next training event!
