The Project Brief

Our client is a specialist recruiting company and, are considered a market leader in the provision of finance, HR, procurement and IT professionals. The UK based company, established in 2004, recruit to the public and not-for-profit sectors, with prominent clients including the NHS, Ministry of Justice and Save the Children, among others. Our client always aims to provide a more personal service with a firm focus on excellent customer service and attention to detail for both candidates and clients.

Our client’s original off-the-shelf recruitment software was easy to use and fulfilled their needs when it was purchased. As the company expanded the software stayed static which made it more difficult to use, requiring inefficient double entry into other systems and slowing down the business processes. The software became diluted and restricted company growth.

To resolve this, our client internally developed new software which met their current and future needs. However, our client did not have the resources in house to enhance the software in parallel to the speed of growth. They came to StyleTech for a solution.

Our Solution

StyleTech took over management of the software system and now provide all the necessary support. All bespoke software enhancements are developed by StyleTech.

In addition, StyleTech utilises new technology, keeping the software up-to-date with current standards and practises. We keep the software working at its best and stop it from ever becoming stale by making sure it grows and adapts with our client.

The Results

Our client has the reassurance that StyleTech are there to manage and support their software. They have peace of mind knowing that a member of our team is always at the end of the phone if there are ever have any issues, either within or outside of our client’s control, allowing them time to focus on business, knowing their software is taken care off.
