Radius Systems is an international manufacturer of pipe and fittings products for the civil engineering and construction sectors.
The Challenge
Radius Systems needed a better solution to track and manage field sales enquiries for ‘on-the-spot’ pricing during customer visits. At the time, they used social media apps to communicate between field sales teams and the office-based commercial team. This approach lacked visibility and structure, making it challenging to provide prompt, professional quotations and follow-ups. They required a solution that would offer a live view of each customer enquiry to all staff.
StyleTech collaborated with key stakeholders from both the commercial and field sales teams to identify the necessary capabilities for a digital solution. We developed a proof of concept to demonstrate how their needs could be met, which sparked further feedback and refinements. Notably, we built the solution within their existing Office 365 platform, eliminating the need for additional software licenses.
